Batiste Dry Shampoo is one of a countless number of things I can't get hold of in Italy, not that I know, at least. I got my hands on this about two months ago in London and I've been using it ever since. I don't know why, but the dry shampoo market is basically non existing in Italy!
I have extremely long and voluminous hair, and washing it is not one of my favourite things to do in the world. As I have mentioned before in previous posts, it takes me a whole hour to properly wash it and blowdry it, so I avoid washing it as much as possible (it's not as gross as it sounds, I promise). Thankfully, my hair starts to get a bit oily at the roots only on the fourth day, so I usually wash it every five days. Batiste Dry Shampoo has definitely been my saviour during these past weeks! You just need to spray it near your roots and  massage it in to get cleaner -or clean looking- hair in 10 seconds. The powder absorbs the excess oil immediately, making my hair look a bit fresher. The thing I love about Batiste Dry Shampoo is that it gives kind of a refreshing feeling when you spray it on. I also noticed it gives lots of volume to the roots. It doesn't leave a lot of residue, but if you over apply it can make your hair look a bit grey. Nothing that can't be fixed by brushing it, or massaging the powder thoroughly into your scalp!
Overall I'm really pleased with Batiste dry shampoo and I wish they started carrying it in my country.. it saved my day more than once! ;)

  1. In realtà il Batiste è reperibile in italia, anche se in una sola profumazione. Si trova nei supermercati ben forniti nel reparto shampoo e persino all'Upim. Bottiglia areosol verde acceso ;)
